Time trial and self seeded start for all triathlons.
Wear your timing chip on your LEFT ankle for triathlons.
Cash/check only on race day registrations.
Upon registration, you agree to the MMR Race Policies.
Women's shirts are fitted and run small; men's shirt are generously sized. Registrations 3 weeks out or less from event will receive shirt in the mail 3-4 weeks after race and are not guaranteed requested shirt size; if size is unavailable, additional options will be discussed with you.
Price increase reflects the cost of shipping shirt post-race.

Professional photographer will be on site for all races at no additional cost to the participants. Our photographer will make every effort to capture shots of each athlete, but we cannot guarantee that every athlete will be photographed.

Let the beach bonfire warm you up...
before taking off on this flat and fast winter 5k run event along the shores of gorgeous White Bear Lake. Finish your run by mingling with community by the cozy winter beach bonfire, making delicious warm and gooey s'mores, and sipping on refreshing hot beverages. A great winter event for the competitive runner and the entire family!
Packet Pick-up

8:00am at Memorial Beach before the race
Your race packet will include all the materials you need for your race: race bib, timing chip, custom molded finisher medal and some fun items like your event shirt (if you select shirt option) and special offers. Those registered will receive an email on the Monday evening prior to the race with all the details, any course updates, and an age group breakdown by race category.

Top overall male and female athletes

Top 3 male and female athletes in each age group (19 and Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+)*
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place age group winners will receive an age group award ribbons to attach to their finisher medal. Overall male and female winners are not eligible for age group awards (no double dipping).
*Age Group divisions may be increased to 10 year increments if there are not enough participants to provide adequate competition.
**Must be present to win. If you want your award and can't stay, shipping cost is your responsibility.**
