Women's shirts are fitted and run small; men's are generously sized. Registrations 2 weeks or less from event will receive shirt in the mail 3-4 weeks after race and are not guaranteed requested shirt size; if size is unavailable, additional options will be discussed with you

Professional photographer will be on site for all races at no additional charge to the participants. Our photographer will make every effort to capture shots of each athlete, but we cannot guarantee that every athlete will be photographed.

Due to the unprecedented circumstances surrounding the ongoing pandemic, by registering for this race you understand and agree that if this race is canceled for any reason related to the pandemic, you will not receive a refund and will not be transferred to another race. Any race swag you may have purchased will be mailed to you.

is now managed by Midwest Multisport Races! Water levels in White Bear Lake are at an all-time high, so the swim conditions should be great, the bike route has been resurfaced, and the running route is flat and fast! Join the community post-race for a barbecue.

Your race packet will include all the materials you need for your race: race bib, timing chip, and some fun items like your event shirt (if you selected the shirt option) your finisher medal and special offers. Those registered will receive an email on the Monday prior to the race with all the details, any course updates, and an age group breakdown by race category.

Top overall male and female athletes
Top 3 male and female athletes in each age group (19 and Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+)
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place age group winners will receive an age group medal. Overall male and female winners are not eligible for age group awards (no double dipping).
*In the event current pandemic limitations issued by the Governor have not been eased, no awards or awards ceremony will be offered. (Eff. 1/9/2021 - limiting participation, enforcing social distancing including requiring athletes depart immediately upon finishing their race.)
