Join us for the final mid-distance race of the season...
at gorgeous Square Lake Park! Square Lake Park is loved by all of the local triathletes for its pristine waters and stunning Stillwater horse country landscape. The course is heavily supported with bottle exchanges on the bike course and aid stations on the run course (including bacon - for those who are tired of taking in the sweets) Enjoy the barbecue on the beach following the race.

Time trial and self seeded start for all triathlons.
Wear your timing chip on your LEFT ankle for triathlons.
Cash/check only on race day registrations.
Upon registration, you agree to the MMR Race Policies.
Women's shirts are fitted and run small; men's are generously sized. Registrations 2 weeks or less from event will receive shirt in the mail 3-4 weeks after race and are not guaranteed requested shirt size; if the requested size is unavailable, the next available size most closely matching the requested size will be substituted.
Price increase reflects the increased cost of the shirt (without a volume discount) and the cost of shipping shirt post-race

Professional photographer will be on site for every race at no additional cost to the participants. Our photographer will make every effort to capture shots of each athlete, but we cannot guarantee that every athlete will be photographed.
10% military discount | Fill out paper registration and include check less 10%. A copy of your military ID should be included with the registration materials.

Your race packet will include all the materials you need for your race: race bib, timing chip, and some fun items like your event shirt (if you selected the shirt option), finisher medal, nutrition samples and special offers. Those registered will receive an email on the Monday evening prior to the race with all the details, any course updates, and an age group breakdown by race category.

Top overall male and female athletes

Top 3 male and female athletes in each age group (19 and Under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+)
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place age group winners will receive an age group award ribbon they will attach to their finisher medal. Overall male and female winners are not eligible for age group awards (no double dipping).
