NOTE SLIGHT CHANGE IN COURSE AND START LOCATION...
This race is set in beautiful Lake Elmo Park Reserve, and is a great duathlon for first-time duathletes as well as those with lots of experience. Run the paved trails within this beautiful park, then ride the picturesque horse country roads, and finish your final run at the park for the first mulltisport barbecue of the season. Don't fancy running? Try our Reverse Du option! Two and three person relay teams welcome. The start location has been moved to the North Pavilion. The bike course remains the same except is one mile longer because we are starting deeper in the park. The run course has been shortened to 2.5 miles on each leg.
